Refund policy
We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement order.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After your return/replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Return/replacement will only be accepted in case of damaged, defective or incorrect products/goods have been received by the Purchaser.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.For processing of return/replacement, the following details will be checked/inspected :
- A photograph of the damaged, defective or incorrect products/goods received by the Purchaser.
- Invoice which was billed to Purchaser on the sales of such products/goods.
- Such products/goods should be unused, unaltered, undented, unscratched or otherwise and should not be damaged by Purchaser.
- The products/goods tags, MRP label and any other product ancillaries should be undetached from such products/goods and should be returned as-is.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging.
Refunds
If Purchaser opts for refund instead of replacement and Purchaser made online payment, then Everest will refund the amount within 7 working days of receiving the goods back.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. After approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
